license and a valid (2008) MCRA membership
card. All
riders will be required to show both along with a current photo ID at the
time of registration.

7. REGISTRATION, GRID ORDER & ENTRY
FEES
Registration....Pre-registration
for any event can be done on the MCRA website. Pre-registrations will close 7
days before each race day. After that, you may still register at the track
between the hours of 7:00am to10:00am the day of the event.
Grid Order....There will
not be any qualifying track time. Grid positions for each class will be
determined by the order of entry. All online PAYMENTS are time-stamped and will
be used in determining grid placement. Any rider may request to be placed at the
back of the grid if they desire. The total combined grid for each race will be
limited to a total of 35 riders. Grid positions will be posted during lunch the
day of the event.
Entry Fees....The entry
fee for each race is $50. The race entry fee does not include any practice time.
The track day fee is separate from the race fees. Races are run under "Rain
or Shine" rulings. Entry fees are non-refundable. In the event that you can
not participate in your scheduled race, you CAN transfer/sell your entry to another
qualified racer for that days race. The new entrant will be placed in the next
available grid position. No transferring to a different
race date. Any transfer must be presented to the race director before race registration closes
(10:00am).
8. RACE WINNERS & SERIES CHAMPIONS....The
top three finishers of each race will receive plaques or trophies at the end of
the days events. There is a three event series scheduled for 2008, with all
events counting towards the year end class championships.
